Process starts with studying our client’s organization, analyzing the vacant position and defining the requirements. We take into account not only formal requirements but also carefully study our client’s corporate culture, values and strategy. Only after detailed analyses and based on client priorities we shape the search process.
We do targeted research and use direct search to attract the most appropriate candidates. Additionally we screen data bases, on specific cases we publish advertisement. During the first interview we check compliance to formal requirements, study success stories and also learn about motivation and suitability to organization’s culture and values. Final candidates are assessed and references are gathered. We continue work until a company has an employee and follow up with client and candidate after the search project is successfully finished.
We provide competency based assessment and testing as a part of search process and as a separate service.
We use competency based assessment. Competency models are based on analysis of critical behaviors of the particular position. According to the specifics of the job several methods are chosen - personality and ability tests, competency based interview, business simulations exercises (case studies and/or role plays). Assessment is conducted in native language using international and adapted assessment methods.
